One of our newest clients is Go Mad Thinking Consulting group. They are based in a rural part of Leicestershire. They are quite difficult to find up a dirt track (passed a no entry sign!). The Go MAD Research & Consulting Group, are a change management consultancy based in the UK, specialising in change management training and change management process. Their consultants offer you a unique, research based, solution focused, thinking system that equips people with the mindset and systems thinking skills to make significant personal and business improvements. We spent a couple of days with them and and it was really interesting and fun. Individuals in our company have been motivated to think creatively as to how they can make improvements to the business and have taken personal responsibility to do so. It is great to be able to measure the specific business differences made as opposed to development with intangible results.
